Once you are fully enrolled and have paid your semester contribution, you will receive your semester ticket. This ticket is valid for public transportation in all of Germany. Within Idstein you can travel by bus. For travels to other cities you can travel by regional trains ‘Regionalbahn RB’ / ‘Regionalexpress RE’. Be aware that the ticket is not valid for travels by Flixtrain as well as EC/IC/ICE or any other fast trains.
